摘　　要：以平欧杂交榛“玉坠”当年生半木质化根蘖为试验材料,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法,研究基质类型、插条部位和生根剂种类3个因素对扦插生根的影响.结果表明:影响“玉坠”扦插生根的主要因素是插条部位,其次是扦插基质类型,生根剂种类的影响最小.选用根蘖中部作为插穗,用2000 mg/L(NAA+IBA)速蘸10 s,以V(珍珠岩)∶V(腐殖土)为1∶3分层铺设基质的生根效果最好.The semi-lignified root tillers of hybrid hazel“Yu Zhui”were used as experimental materials.The effect of substrate,shoot portion and hormone type on cutting propagation was studied by using L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test.The results showed that shoot portion was a dominant factor on rooting of cutting followed by substrate kind.The hormone type had the least impact on rooting.The optimal treatment for softwood cutting propagation of“Yu Zhui”was that the middle of root tiller was selected as cutting by fast dipping treatment with 2000 mg/L NAA and IBA solution in compound media with pearlite and humus soil(V∶V=1∶3).
