摘　　要：目的探讨海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘(cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula,CSDAVF)的彩色多普勒超声声像图表现及诊断价值.方法回顾性分析1例经彩色多普勒超声疑诊为眶周动静脉瘘的临床资料,并查阅相关文献,进一步总结CSDAVF的超声诊断特点.结果当存在海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘时,经颅多普勒超声检测眼动脉可以表现为正常,但眼眶彩色多普勒超声显示眼上静脉扩张并存在动脉化血流动力学改变.结论彩色多普勒超声是CSDAVF的首选检测方法,并具有鉴别诊断价值.Objective To explore the ultrasonographic manifestations and diagnostic value of cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula(CSDAVF).Method The clinical data of one case of suspected orbital arteriovenous fistula by color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively,and the ultrasonographic characteristics of CSDAVF were summarized by reviewing relevant literatures.Results In the presence of dural arteriovenous fistula in cavernous sinus area,transcranial Doppler ultrasonography showed normal ocular artery,but orbital color Doppler ultrasonography showed superior ocular vein dilation and arterialized hemodynamic changes.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is the first choice for the detection of CSDAVF and has the value of differential diagnosis.
