30个不同种源雷公藤叶形态特征分析

摘　　要：分析30个不同种源雷公藤叶形态特征指标.结果显示:不同种源雷公藤的叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶周长、长宽比、叶形态因子、叶尖夹角、叶基夹角、侧脉数量、叶柄等指标间差异显著.聚类分析显示,第Ⅰ类种源叶片较长、较宽,叶面积、叶周长、叶尖夹角和叶基夹角较大,侧脉数量较少,叶柄较长,叶片呈宽卵形;第Ⅱ类种源叶片较长、较宽,叶面积、叶周长、叶基夹角较大,叶尖夹角较小,侧脉数量较多,叶柄较长,叶片呈卵形;第Ⅲ类种源叶片较短且较窄,叶面积、叶周长、叶基夹角较小,叶尖夹角较大,侧脉数量较少,叶柄较短,叶片呈椭圆形.Leaf morphological characteristics of Tripterygium wilfordii from 30 different provenances were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,leaf circumference,ratio of length to width,leaf shape factor,leaf angle,leaf base angle,lateral vein number and petiole among different provenances.Cluster analysis showed typeⅠ:longer leaves,wider leaves,larger leaf area,larger leaf circumference,larger angle between leaf tip and leaf base,fewer lateral veins,longer petiole,wider ovate leaves;TypeⅡ:longer leaves,wider leaves,the leaf blade area is bigger,the leaf circumference is bigger,the leaf tip angle is smaller,the leaf base angle is bigger,the leaf lateral vein number is bigger,the petiole is longer,the leaf blade assumes the egg shape;TypeⅢ:the leaf blade is shorter and narrower,the leaf blade area is smaller,the leaf circumference is smaller,the leaf tip angle is bigger,the basal angle is small,the lateral veins are few,the petiole is short,and the leaf blade is elliptic.
