美军电子信息装备体系特点及优势分析

摘　　要：信息是战争的核心资源,制信息权是打赢现代信息化战争的关键和前提,电子信息装备是夺取制信息权的物质基础和最有效手段。美军已建成谱系完备、功能齐全的电子信息装备体系,作为其实施军事行动的核心装备和基础支撑。文中概述电子信息装备体系的概念与内涵,梳理美军电子信息装备体系的构成,从体系构成、部署和运用等角度分析美军电子信息装备体系特点,并研判形成的优势,以期为我电子信息装备体系建设及运用提供参考。Information is the core resource of warfare.Information Domination is the key and premise to win the IT-based modern warfare.Electronic information equipment is the material basis and the most effective means to archive Information Domination.The U.S.military has built the system of systems of electronic information equipment with complete pedigree and functions,as its core equipment and basic support to conduct military operations.This paper discusses the concept of the system of systems of electronic information equipment,analyzes the composition,and the characteristics on composition,deployment and operations of the system of systems of electronic information equipment of U.S.military,studies and judges its advantages,with a view to providing reference for us.
