摘　　要：在化工厂房实际生产运行中,各类工艺流程不可避免地要散发毒害气体、余热、水汽等,为了改善室内空气质量,保证室内人员安全生产环境,及时通风至关重要。本文将结合工程实例和厂房排烟设计依据与通风形式,来确定正常排烟量和事故排烟量。系统设计厂房排烟方案,包括通风系统风量分配、通风系统规划,从安全、节能、可靠多方面设计,总结化工厂房的排烟设计要点,应当与厂房生产特点结合,优先考虑自然通风,符合卫生规定条件基础上,局部通风减少排风量,注意厂房内的有害气体分布浓度,保证化工厂房的良好空气环境,这对于改善厂房环境保证工人身体健康意义重大。In the actual production and operation of chemical plants,various technological processes inevitably emit toxic gases,waste heat,water vapor,etc.In order to improve indoor air quality and ensure a safe production environment for indoor personnel.Timely ventilation is essen-tial.This article will combine engineering examples,and design basis of plant smoke exhaust and ventilation forms to determine the normal exhaust and accident exhaust.System design workshop smoke exhaust scheme,including ventilation system air volume distribution,ventilation system plan-ning,design from the aspects of safety,energy saving and reliability,summarize the key points of smoke exhaust design of chemical workshop,which should be combined with the production characteristics of the workshop,give priority to natural ventilation,in line with hygiene on the basis of the specified conditions,local ventilation reduces the exhaust air volume,pays attention to the distribution and concentration of harmful gases in the work-shop,and ensures a good air environment in the chemical workshop,which is of great significance for improving the workshop environment and en-suring the health of workers.
