摘 要:想要提升气化工艺选用的合理适用性,就需要对气化工艺在不同煤质中的适用度进行分析,总结构建煤炭气化工艺标准机制的关键作用,将分析原有气化用煤工艺指标机制当作根本,针对其中主要指标的检验方式进行总结,主要对煤炭的哈氏可磨性、热稳定性、和二氧化碳产生的反应等三大技术性指标的检验方式、检验准则以及干扰因素等加以总结研究,希望能够给有关的煤炭检测工作和工艺技术的研发等带来参考价值。通过灰的黏度、氯和氟元素、灰成分以及金属成分碱的含量等指标对设施和气化反应带来的影响进行总结研究,可以把以上指标融入到气化工艺用煤的评估标准机制中。基于此,本篇文章对我国气化用煤工艺指标检测方法进行研究,以供参考。In order to improve the reasonable applicability of the gasification process selection,it is necessary to analyze the applicability of the gasification process in different coal qualities,summarize the key role of building the standard mechanism of coal gasification process,and analyze the original gasification process.The coal process index mechanism is regarded as the foundation,and the inspection methods of the main indicators are summarized,mainly the inspection methods,inspection criteria and interference of three technical indicators such as coal’s Hastelloy grindability,thermal stability,and reaction to carbon dioxide production.Factors and other factors are summarized and studied,hoping to bring reference value to the relevant coal testing work and process technology research and development.The influence of ash viscosity,chlorine and fluorine elements,ash content,and metal content of alkali on facilities and gasification reactions can be summarized and studied,and the above indexes can be integrated into the evaluation standard mechanism of coal for gasification process.Based on this,this article studies the detection method of coal for gasification in my country for reference.
