摘  要:采用水热合成法制备了CeO_(2)纳米管(CeO_(2)-NT);并以其作为载体,利用浸渍法制备了负载型Pd催化剂Pd/CeO_(2)-NT,用于催化甘油氧化羰基化合成碳酸甘油酯(GC)。在优化的反应条件下,甘油转化率为93.5%,GC选择性达99.9%。这个实验是化学工程与工艺专业本科教学的一个开放性综合实验,要求学生能够独立查阅文献、在老师的指导下设计合理的实验方案、熟悉操作步骤和撰写报告,培养学生们的科研能力和创新意识,对以后开展科研工作大有裨益。CeO_(2)nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal method,CeO_(2)-supported Pd catalyst(Pd/CeO_(2)-NT)was prepared using two-step hydrothermal impregnation and used in the oxidative carbonylation of glycerol to produce glycerol carbonate.Under optimized reaction conditions,the glycerol conversion was 93.5%,glycerol carbonate selectivity was 98.5%.The opening comprehensive experiment was designed for chemical engineering and technology of undergraduate teaching.The students need to literature searching,designing experimental scheme,operation and report writing independently.These contents were help to cultivate student,scientific research ability and innovative consciousness,as well as to carry out scientific research in the future.
