摘  要:Ramu露天红土矿项目处于热带雨林气候区,6个月为雨季,年平均降雨量为5500mm;通过对该矿地层地形特征的研究,利用低成本的水力开采,主要采用修建道路布置清水管道及水枪位置,通过高压水枪切割矿体或冲洗砾石生产原矿浆,矿浆自流至集浆池利用渣浆泵—管道的方式将原矿浆输送下游生产工艺,从而代替部分的单斗卡车工艺机械开采(挖掘机-卡车),已达到提高在多雨季节的开采效率与可靠性,并相对降低由运输距离的增加或卡车的大量投入而引起的开采成本,对提升企业的经济效益具有重要意义。Ramu open-pit laterite mine is located in the tropical rain forest climate zone,6 months is the rainy season,the average annual rainfall is 5500mm.Through the study of the topographic features of the strata in the mine,the low-cost hydraulic mining is used,mainly by building roads and laying clear water pipes and water gun positions,the raw ore slurry is produced by cutting ore body or washing gravel with high pressure water gun,and the slurry is transported downstream to the slurry collecting pool by means of slurry pump pipeline,in order to replace part of the single-bucket Truck Technology Mechanical Mining(excavator-truck),has achieved to improve the rainy season mining efficiency and reliability,and relatively reduce the mining cost caused by the increase of transport distance or truck input,it is of great significance to promote the economic benefit of enterprises.
