摘 要:原油的粘度与凝点是管输原油的重要指标,直接影响原油在管路内的流动特性,对原油的输转和存储有着重要的意义。目前生产实际中对原油粘度的检测通常为定时人工取样检测,测量过程需要对样品保温,导致整个测量用时较长,不能实时反映油品的粘度变化,且数据易受取样过程历史效应影响。本文通过分析现有管输原油粘度在线测量装置的不足之处,提出了一种基于细管法测量原油粘度的方法和装置流程,通过不同原油的粘度测试,验证了细管法原油粘度在线测量装置的可行性和可靠性。In the field of pipeline transportation of crude oil,the viscosity and pour point of crude oil are important indexes of pipeline transportation of crude oil,which directly affect the flow characteristics of crude oil in the pipeline,and determine the temperature and pressure of pipeline transportation of crude oil.In the pipeline transportation,the monitoring of crude oil viscosity is usually by manual sampling regularly through using the rotational viscometer.The whole measurement takes a long time,because the sample needs to be kept at certain temperature during the measurement process,which cannot reflect the viscosity changes of oil products in real time,and the data is susceptible to the history effect of the sampling process.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing on-line measuring device for the viscosity of crude oil transported by pipeline,and puts forward a method and device progress for measuring the viscosity of crude oil based on the capillary method.The experimental results show that the device can meet the requirements of crude oil viscosity measurement on site.
