摘  要:为了提高聚丙烯酸(PAA)自修复水凝胶的自修复速率,采用溶剂热法制备了铁酸钴(CoFe_(2)O_(4))粒子,用二乙醇胺(DEA)为表面活性剂对CoFe_(2)O_(4)粒子表面功能化,使CoFe_(2)O_(4)粒子具有良好的亲水性,并采用原位共聚法制备了CoFe_(2)O_(4)/Fe^(3+)/PAA磁性水凝胶。重点研究了交变电磁场(AEF)对复合水凝胶自修复行为的影响。红外光谱证实,DEA成功修饰在CoFe_(2)O_(4)粒子表面;透射电子显微镜显示,CoFe_(2)O_(4)的粒径约为50~70 nm;磁性测试测得其饱和磁化强度和矫顽力分别为5.6 emu/g和1000 oe;力学性能测试表明,CoFe_(2)O_(4)粒子的加入提高了磁性水凝胶的强度和模量(CoFe_(2)O_(4)质量分数为3.0%时,σt和E分别增加了41%和29%);由于CoFe_(2)O_(4)粒子在AEF中振动促进了PAA分子链和Fe^(3+)的热运动,当CoFe_(2)O_(4)粒子质量分数为3%、AEF的频率和强度分别为40 Hz和0.64 mT时,AEF能使复合水凝胶在100 min内完成自修复,自修复时间缩短50%以上。In order to improve the self-repairing rate of polyacrylic acid(PAA)self-healing hydrogel,CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles were prepared by solvothermal method,and diethanolamine(DEA)was used as surfactant to functionalize the surface of CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles,so that CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles have the good hydrophilicity,and then CoFe_(2)O_(4)/Fe^(3+)/PAA magnetic hydrogels were prepared by in-situ copolymerization,the effect of alternating electromagnetic field(AEF)on the self-healing behavior of the composite hydrogels was studied.Infrared spectroscopy confirms that DEA was successfully modified on the surface of CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles;transmission electron microscopy shows that the particle size of CoFe_(2)O_(4) is about 50~70 nm,and the saturation magnetization and coercivity measured by magnetic test are 5.6 emu/g and 1000 oe respectively;the mechanical performance test shows that the addition of CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles improves the strength and modulus of the glue(σt and E are increased by 41%and 29%,respectively,for the CoFe_(2)O_(4) mass fraction of 3.0%);since the vibration of CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles in AEF promotes the thermal motion of PAA molecular chains and Fe^(3+),when the mass fraction of CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles is 3%and the frequency and intensity of AEF are 40 Hz and 0.64 mT,respectively,AEF could make the composite hydrogel complete self-healing within 100 min,and the self-healing time is shortened by more than 50%.
