摘 要:制备马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(LLDPE-g-MAH)/乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(LLDPE-g-MAH)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)2种共混物,从共混物熔体的动态流变行为和温度依赖性两方面分析界面作用强度差异的原因。结果表明,LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA和LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA共混物作为黏合层时,前者的剪切强度和剥离强度比后者高22.0%和80.8%;随着温度升高,前者的松弛指数(λ)先增加后减小,共混物的温度依赖性与LLDPE-g-MAH相一致,后者的松弛指数不受温度影响;LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA共混物的时温叠加(TTS)在整个频率区曲线完全不重合;后者的TTS曲线在高频区基本重合,低频区无法重合;前者的松弛时间逐渐缩短;后者的松弛时间与温度无关。As communication cables,some reasons of difference on interface interaction between LLDPE g-MAH/EAA and LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA were studied from dynamic rheological behaviors and temperature dependence.The results show that the shear strength and peel strength of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA blends can meet national standards and increase by about 22.0%and 80.8%than those of LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA blends,respectively;the interfacial compatibility of LLDPE g-MAH/EAA blends is better than that of LLDPE g-MAH/EVA,with the temperature increasing,the relaxation indexλof LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA blends increases at first and then decreases,the temperature dependence of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA is the same as one component LLDPE-g-MAH,the relaxation indexλof LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA blends is irrelevant to do with temperature;in the range of whole frequency,the time temperature superposition(TTS)curves of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA can not overlap,the TTS curves of LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA can overlap completely in the high frequency and can not overlap the in low frequency.With the temperature increasing,the relaxation time of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA reduces gradually,the relaxation time of LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA is irrelevant to do with temperature.
