摘  要:为筛选出能促进七叶一枝花种子萌发的最佳试剂及适宜浓度,选用新鲜的七叶一枝花种子为材料,去皮晾干后,以蒸馏水为对照采用GA_(3)、NaN_(3)、KNO_(3)试剂的3个不同浓度浸种,放入经灭菌的湿砂中,20℃条件下进行培养,每天测定发芽数,分析发芽率、发芽势、平均发芽天数的差异。结果表明,与对照相比,GA_(3)、NaN_(3)、KNO_(3)三种试剂对种子的发芽率和发芽势均有显著促进作用且平均发芽时间缩短;200 mg/L GA_(3)溶液浸种后七叶一枝花种子的发芽率和发芽势最高,分别为82.50%和55.22%。七叶一枝花育苗中可采用200 mg/L GA_(3)溶液浸种处理,既可提高种子的发芽率,又可缩短萌发时间,进而提高生产效率。To screen the best reagent and appropriate concentration to promote the seed germination of Paris.Fresh seeds of Paris were selected as material.After the skin was taken and dried,the seeds were soaked in three different concentrations of GA_(3),NaN_(3) and KNO_(3) reagents,then put into the sterilized wet sand and cultured at 20℃.The germination number was measured every day and the differences of germination rate,germination potential and average germination days were analyzed.Compared with the contrast,GA_(3),NaN_(3) and KNO_(3) significantly promoted the germination rate and germination potential of seeds and shortened the average germination time.After soaking in 200 mg/L GA_(3) solution,the germination rate and germination potential of Paris seeds were the highest,which were 82.50%and 55.22%,respectively.Treatment of seed soaking with 200 mg/L GA_(3) solution could be used in Paris seeding,which can not only improve seed germination rate,but also shorten germination time,and then improve production efficiency.
