新型通气苗盘对烟苗素质及根系生长的影响

摘　　要：为进一步完善烟草漂浮育苗技术,探讨新型通气苗盘壮苗的机理,同时筛选出能提高烟苗素质和育苗效果的新型通气苗盘,采用不同新型通气苗盘进行烟草漂浮育苗试验,并以常规育苗盘为对照,研究不同育苗盘对烟苗出苗率、成苗率、成苗素质、根系生长和根系环境的影响。结果表明,160孔新型通气苗盘所培育烟苗较160孔常规育苗盘所培育烟苗的地下部干、鲜重分别提高35.48%、22.84%,根尖数提高86.63%,大十字期、生根期和成苗期根系活力分别增长24.81%、34.23%、21.20%;通气苗盘育苗池中溶解氧含量增加,基质温度升温较快,并呈现随孔数的增加而增加的趋势。综合来看,160孔有孔育苗盘培育的烟苗素质较好,适于生产推广应用。In order to further improve the technology of tobacco floating seedlings,explore the mechanism of new aerated seedling trays,and at the same time screen out new aerated seedling trays that can improve the quality and nursery effect of tobacco seedlings,used different new aerated seedling trays to carry out tobacco floating seedlings test,and conventional seedling trays were used as controls to study the effects of different seedling trays on tobacco seedling emergence rate,seedling rate,seedling quality,root growth and root environment.The results showed that the dry and fresh weights of the tobacco seedlings cultivated in the 160-hole new aerated seedling tray increased by 35.48%and 22.84%respectively,and the number of root tips increased by 86.63%.Root vitality increased by 24.81%,34.23%,and 21.20%in the seedling stage and the seedling stage.The dissolved oxygen content in the aerated seedling tray nursery pond increased,and the substrate temperature increased rapidly,and showed a trend of increasing with the increase of the number of holes.Taken together,the quality of tobacco seedlings cultivated in 160-hole perforated seedling trays was better,suitable for production,promotion and application.
