摘  要:为了提高三七精密播种机播种合格指数、增强其爬坡能力,设计了一种双轮驱动压穴式三七精密播种机,阐述了其工作原理,确定了排种器、压穴轮和传动系统的主要结构参数。采用四棱台状压穴柱,加大了种穴入种面积;将三七播种机设计为双压穴轮配合行走与压穴,增强其爬坡能力。以云南文山三七种子为播种对象,在EDEM中进行压穴排种仿真试验,整机在文山三七种植地分坡度进行多次田间试验验证。结果表明:播种机在0°~15°坡地上播种时,播种平均合格指数为95.83%,漏播指数为1.92%,重播指数为2.25%,粒距平均值为50.2mm,播深平均值为22.7mm;播种机在15°~25°坡地上播种时,播种平均合格指数为92.34%,漏播指数为3.50%,重播指数为4.16%,粒距平均值为48.9mm,播深平均值为23.9mm。上述指标均满足三七播种农艺要求。Panax notoginseng is mainly grown in Yunnan Province.The row spacing and plant spacing of the seedlings of Panax notoginseng are about 5cm.In order to solve the problems of low qualified index and weak climbing ability of Panax notoginseng seeder,a precision seeder of Panax notoginseng with double-wheel driving and Hole-drop was designed and developed.The working principle of the precision seeder of Panax notoginseng was expounded,and the main structural parameters of seed-meteringdevice,hole-drop wheel and drive system were determined.The structure of the pricking hole column was designed as quadrangular frustum pyramid to increases the seeding area of the seeding holes.With the purpose of improving the climbing ability of the planter,the Panax notoginseng planter was designed as double Hole-drop wheels to cooperate with walking and pressing hole.In this paper,the Wenshan Panax notoginseng seeds were chosen for seeding object and simulation test of hole pressing and seeding was done in EDEM,and the Panax notoginseng planter was manufactured on the basis of the combination of the results of simulation test and previous theoretical calculation.In order to test the effect of the seeder,field experiments were carried out in the experimental site of the Panax notoginseng planting fields of Wenshan.When the seeder wassown on the slope of 0°–20°,the average qualified index of sowing was 95.83%,the averagemissing index of sowing was 1.92%,the averagereplaying index of sowing was 2.25%,the average grain distance was 50.2 mm and the average depth of sowing was 22.7 mm;when sowing on on the slope of 20°-30°,the average qualified index of sowing was 92.34%,the average leakage index of sowing was 3.50%,the averagereplaying index of sowing was 4.16%,the average grain distance was 48.9 mm and the average depth of sowing was 23.9 mm.Both the sowing inspection met the agronomic requirements of the Panax notoginseng seeding.
