摘 要:在机采棉的除杂输送过程中,输送装置一般为等时恒速运动,因为机采棉中杂质含量高,采收堆放后回潮率上升导致的含水率较大和棉花之间抱合力等,易导致输送装置的轻、空载或重载运行,造成能源损耗和除杂效率及质量降低。为此,设计出一种机采棉除杂输送装置并对现有的控制系统进行优化。装置采用STM32单片机控制,实现机采棉除杂输送过程中输送速度与输送量匹配运行,进而完成节能降耗的目的。试验结果表明:装置设计合理,控制系统优化良好,节能效果突出。In the process of removing and transporting cotton,the conveying device generally moves at constant speed,because of the high impurity content in the cotton,the rising moisture content after harvest and stacking,the holding force between cotton and so on,which can easily lead to the light,no-load or heavy load operation of the conveying device,resulting in energy loss and the reduction of impurity removal efficiency and quality.For this reason,a machine cotton picking conveying device is designed and the existing control system is optimized.The device is controlled by STM32 single chip microcomputer to realize the real-time matching of conveying speed and conveying quantity in the process of machine cotton picking and conveying,and then to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.The experimental results show that the design of the device is reasonable,the control system is optimized well,and the energy saving effect is outstanding.
