摘 要:针对我国裸粒型燕麦机械收获作业后含杂率高这一难题,提出了一种分段式轴流脱粒方案,采用概率统计方法建立了轴流滚筒脱粒分离装置的数学模型。对所建立模型进行验证,并与传统脱粒滚筒进行了对比试验。根据概率统计方法所建立的数学模型与试验得到的曲线图吻合度较高,在滚筒的前3/4长度左右就实现了大部分的脱粒分离功能,且由夹带籽粒造成的损失大于未脱净籽粒的损失。对比试验表明:在不同滚筒转速下,分段滚筒脱粒时柔性杆齿能减小对物料的打击强度,明显降低脱出物含杂率,尤其是在转速高于1000 r/min时更明显,其分段滚筒的工作性能指标优于行业内全刚性脱粒滚筒。滚筒转速950 r/min时脱出物轴向分布规律表明:单段刚性齿的作用力强,脱出物及其成分变化速率快,而分段柔性脱粒中由于柔性杆齿打击作用力较弱,脱出物(即主要成分)变化缓慢。通过理论分析和脱粒分离试验相结合的方法,揭示了燕麦脱粒分离装置的工作机理,旨在为对分段式脱粒装置的优化提供参考。Aiming to In order to solve the problem of high impurity rate after the bare-grain oat mechanical harvesting in China,this paper presents a transverse section axial flow threshing scheme,designs a transverse section axial flow oat threshing device,establishes the mathematical model of the axial-flow drum threshing and separating device by using the probability statistic method,and verifies the model.According to the probability statistic method establishes the mathematical model and the experiment obtains the curve match degree to be high,has completed most of the threshing separation function in the first 3/4 length of the drum,and by the entrainment grain result is larger than the net not to remove the grain loss.The comparison test shows that:under different drum speed,the flexible rod tooth can reduce the crack strength of the material when the section drum is threshing,it can reduce the impurity ratio obviously,especially when the speed is higher than 1000 r/min,the working performance index of the segmented cylinder is superior to the single rigid threshing roller in the industry.The axial division law of the 950 r/min of the roller speed indicates that the force of the single-segment rigid teeth is strong,the rate of the removal and its components is fast,while the flexible rod-tooth strike force is weaker in the segmented flexible threshing,and the main components change slowly.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and threshing separation test,the working mechanism of oat threshing and separating device is revealed.theoretical basis for optimum design and performance evaluation of threshing and separating unit of oat combine harvester.
