摘 要:针对人工粉碎椰壳劳动强度高、作业效率低等问题,设计了一种破碎研磨组合式椰壳粉碎机,主要对破碎齿辊、研磨光辊、分筛箱等关键部件的参数进行设计。选取齿高、齿辊间隙和齿辊转速为影响因素,将椰壳粉碎率作为响应指标值,设计3因素3水平正交试验。结果表明:当齿高为35mm、齿辊间隙为20mm、齿辊转速为300r/min时,粉碎率可以达到96%,粉碎效果最佳。粉碎机的优化参数满足设计要求,样机试制为海南椰壳的综合利用和后续产品研发提供了技术支持。Aiming to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low working efficiency of manual crushing coconut shell,this paper designs a crushing and grinding combined coconut shell crusher,which mainly designs and selects key components such as crushing tooth roller,grinding smooth roller,screening box,etc.By selecting height of the tooth,the gap and the speed of tooth roller as dependent variables and taking the crushing rate as response value,a three-factor and three-horizontal response surface analysis test is designed.The test results show that when the tooth height is 35mm,the tooth rollergap is 20mm and the tooth roll speed is 300r/min,the crushing rate can reach at 96%,and the efficiency of the crusher reaches the highest.The experimental results show that the optimum parameters of the pulverizer meet the design requirements,and the prototype trial production provides technical support for the comprehensive utilization of Hainan coconut shell and subsequent product development.
