摘 要:建立了薯土混合物在摆动分离筛筛面的动力学模型,对混合物在筛面的正、反向滑行运动进行振动耦合理论分析,探究了筛体在薯土分离过程中的动力学特性。对分离筛的振动耦合和非线性方程进行联立求解,得到近似解及相关系数。通过改变筛体结构和工作参数(即筛面倾角、摆动方向角、曲柄转速、曲柄半径),采用正交试验、极差分析、方差分析以及单因素理论分析等方法,分析不同结构参数对物料结合、阻尼系数的影响规律。结果表明:筛体物料结合系数的影响因素主次顺序依次为曲柄转速>筛面倾角>曲柄半径>摆动方向角,物料阻尼系数的影响因素主次顺序依次为曲柄半径>筛面倾角>曲柄转速>摆动方向角;物料结合系数随着筛面倾角、摆动方向角、曲柄转速与半径的不断增加而减小;物料阻尼系数随着筛面倾角、曲柄转速、摆动方向角的不断增加而减小,随着曲柄半径的不断增加而增大。研究可为后续马铃薯分离筛的动力学特性与结构优化提供理论指导。In this paper,a dynamic model of the potato soil mixture on the oscillating separation screen surface is established,the forward and reverse sliding motion of the mixture on the screen surface are analyzed by vibration coupling theory,and the dynamic characteristics of the sieve body in the process of potato soil separation are explored.The vibration coupling and nonlinear equations of the separating screen are solved simultaneously,and approximate solutions and correlation coefficients are obtained.By changing the screen body structure and working parameters,namely the screen surface inclination angle,swing direction angle,crank speed,crank radius,orthogonal experiment,range analysis,variance analysis and single factor theoretical analysis are used to analyze the combination of different structural parameters and materials.The influencing law of the damping coefficient,the primary and secondary order of the influencing factors of the sieve body material combination coefficient is crank speed>the inclination of the screen surface>the crank radius>the swing direction angle,the primary and the secondary order of the influencing factors of the material damping coefficient is the crank radius>the inclination of the screen surface>Crank speed>swing direction angle;the material binding coefficient decreases with the continuous increase of the screen surface inclination,swing direction angle,crank speed and radius;the material damping coefficient increases with the continuous increase of screen surface inclination,crank speed,and swing direction angle While decreasing,the crank radius increases as the crank radius increases.This research provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent kinetic characteristics and structural optimization of potato separators.
