摘 要:为了提高育苗穴盘摆放的机械化程度,解决播后育苗穴盘的运输与摆放过程中劳动量大和穴盘堆叠挤压的问题,设计了育苗穴盘储运摆放装置。该装置穴盘储运采用上下两组组合曲轴同步驱动8根连杆,相邻连杆上等距排布的横齿可在空间内交错运动,使连杆横齿上的托盘分隔出可以向下移动的独立储存单元;穴盘摆放采用直线模组驱动悬臂的穴盘托杆,伸入穴盘下方穴孔中间叉取穴盘。利用ADAMS软件分析组合曲轴与连杆的运动过程,改变横齿端部形状,提高装置稳定性;利用ANSYS软件进行静力学分析,结合试验结果对穴盘托杆结构进行优化,提高了托举穴盘的稳定性。In order to improve the mechanization of the seedling tray placement,and solve the problems of heavy labor and extrusion caused by the stacking of the trays during the transportation and placement of the seedling trays after sowing,a seedling tray storage and transportation placement device was designed.The plug storage and transportation of the device adopted two sets of combined crankshafts to drive eight connecting rods synchronously.The equidistantly arranged horizontal teeth on adjacent connecting rods can move staggered in the space,so that the tray on the connecting rod horizontal teeth separated the independent storage unit that can move downward;The plug placement used a linear module to drive the cantilevered plug support rod,which extended into the middle of the hole under the plug to fork the plug.ADAMS software was used to analyze the movement process of the combined crankshaft and connecting rod,the shape of the end of the transverse tooth was changed to improve the stability of the device.ANSYS software was used to carry out statics analysis combined with the test results to optimize the structure of the plug supporting rod to improve the stability of the supporting plug.
