摘  要:针对黄淮海地区玉米籽粒直收过程中存在破碎率和未脱净率高的问题,设计了一种锤爪式玉米脱粒装置。在传统脱粒元件的基础上创新设计出锤爪式脱粒元件,可将脱粒段细分,滚筒脱粒元件和凹板在不同的脱粒段有不同的配合,以达到最优的脱粒效果。基于Hertz接触理论对柔性锤爪和玉米果穗进行受力分析,基于离散元分析方法建立锤爪式和钉齿式两种脱粒元件仿真模型。仿真结果表明,锤爪式脱粒元件优于钉齿式脱粒元件。选取滚筒转速、喂入量、脱粒锤爪型式作为试验因素进行了正交试验,结果表明:在含水率为30.81%时,脱粒装置破碎率和未脱净率最佳参数配置组合为滚筒转速400r/min、喂入量8kg/s、锤爪组合为扁头加圆头,此时破碎率为3.92%、未脱净率为1.06%,符合我国收获机械标准规定。In order to solve the problems of serious grain breakage and high unstripping rate in the direct harvest of corn in Huang-Huai-hai area,a vertical axial flow hammer claw corn threshing device was designed.Based on the traditional threshing element,this paper innovatively designs hammer claw threshing element.By subdividing the threshing section,the drum threshing element and the concave plate have different matching in different threshing sections to achieve the optimal threshing effect.Based on the Hertz contact theory,the force analysis of the flexible hammer claw and the corn ear is carried out.Based on the discrete element analysis method,two simulation models of the hammer claw and nail-tooth threshing element are established.The simulation results show that the hammer-claw threshing element is better than the nail-tooth threshing element.element.Orthogonal experiments were carried out by selecting drum speed,feeding amount,and threshing hammer claw type as the test factors.The test results show that when the moisture content is 30.81%,the best parameter configuration combination of the threshing device's crushing rate and unremoved rate is the drum speed 400r/min,the feed rate is 8kg/s,the hammer and claws are combined with flat and round heads,and the verification test is carried out.The crushing rate is 3.92%,and the unclean rate is 1.06%,which meets the requirements of relevant national standards and is superior to conventional threshing devices.
