摘  要:该文设计了一种放大器非线性失真测量装置,以晶体管放大电路作为基本电路,采用STM32F103RET6作为控制器,控制器输出电平给电压转换电路控制模拟开关,通过液晶触摸屏按钮使放大器输出无明显失真波形和4种非线性失真波形。控制器采集被测信号进行傅里叶变换得到基波和各谐波对应的幅值,计算信号总谐波失真THD值并显示。该系统可以准确测量频率为0.1 Hz~10.0 kHz、峰峰值为20 mV~5 V的信号。实测结果表明系统稳定可靠,精度高,具有较好的实用价值和应用前景。A measuring device of nonlinear distortion for amplifier is designed.The transistor amplifier circuit is used as the basic circuit,and STM32F103RET6 is used as the controller.The output level of the controller is given to the voltage conversion circuit to control the analog switch,the LCD touch screen button is used to realize the output of non-obvious distortion wave and four kinds of non-linear distortion wave.The controller collects the measured signal and carries out Fourier transform to get the amplitude of fundamental wave and each harmonic wave,calculates the THD value of the signal and displays it.The system can measure the signal with the frequency of 0.1 Hz~10.0 kHz and the peak value of 20 mV~5 V accurately.The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable with high precision,and has good practical value and application prospect.
