探讨基于超概问题的公路工程概算调整管理方法

摘　　要：从征地拆迁、设计理念、更换材料、价格几个方面探讨了实际工程施工中产生的超概问题的原因,从加大工程方案、提升设计质量、严格掌握设计改变等方面探究了超概预算的调整方法,同时提出了有关建议,以控制超概现象,合理控制工程项目实施造价的精准性。This paper discusses the causes of the overestimate problem in the actual project construction from the aspects of land acquisition and demolition,design concept,material replacement and price,explores the overestimate budget adjustment method from the aspects of increasing the project scheme,improving the design quality and strictly mastering the design change,and puts forward relevant suggestions to control the over estimate phenomenon,reasonably control the accuracy of project implementation cost.
