摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定小儿七星茶颗粒(薏苡仁、山楂、稻芽等)中喜果苷、二氢卡丹宾、异去氢钩藤碱、去氢钩藤碱、异钩藤碱、钩藤碱、去氢毛钩藤碱、毛钩藤碱、缝子嗪甲醚的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Extend C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.015%二乙胺,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长246 nm。结果9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9999),平均加样回收率91.6%~104.9%,RSD 1.8%~5.5%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于小儿七星茶颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of vincosamide,3α-dihydrocadambine,isocorynoxeine,corynoxeine,rhynchophylline,isorhynchophylline,corynantheine,hirsutine and geissoschizine methyl ether in Xiao’er Qixingcha Granules(Coicis Semen,Crataegi Fructus,Oryzae Fructus Germinatus,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent Extend C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.015%diethylamine flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 246 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9999),whose average recoveries were 91.6%-104.9%with the RSDs of 1.8%-5.5%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Qixingcha Granules.
