摘　　要：目的建立一测多评法同时测定六味地黄丸(熟地黄、山茱萸、牡丹皮等)中没食子酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、莫诺苷、当药苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、山茱萸新苷、丹皮酚的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Phenomenex Luna C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长240 nm。以丹皮酚为内标,计算其他7种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均加样回收率99.0%~102.2%,RSD 0.51%~1.7%。一测多评法所得结果与外标法接近。结论该方法准确可靠,简便快速,可用于六味地黄丸的质量控制。AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous content determination of gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde,morroniside,sweroside,loganin,paeoniflorin,cornuside and paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Pills(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Corni Fructus,Moutan Cortex,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Phenomenex Luna C_(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.Paeonol was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other seven constituents,after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 99.0%-102.2%with the RSDs of 0.51%-1.7%.The results obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.CONCLUSION This accurate,reliable,simple and rapid method can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Dihuang Pills.
