茵泽温肝方联合苦黄注射液对寒湿困脾型胆汁淤积性肝病患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨茵泽温肝方联合苦黄注射液对寒湿困脾型胆汁淤积性肝病患者的临床疗效。方法132例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例,对照组给予苦黄注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用茵泽温肝方,疗程2个月。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、ALP、GGT、ALT、血清纤维化指标(PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA)、ALB、TBA、PA、血清炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6)变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、ALP、GGT、ALT、血清纤维化指标、TBA、血清炎症因子降低(P<0.05),ALB、PA升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论茵泽温肝方联合苦黄注射液可提高寒湿困脾型胆汁淤积性肝病患者肝功能,减轻肝纤维化,改善ALB、TBA、PA水平及炎症反应。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Yinze Wengan Prescription combined with Kuhuang Injection on patients with cholestatic liver disease due to Cold-Dampness Encumbering the Spleen.METHODS One hundred and thirty-two patients were randomly assigned into control group(66 cases)for two-month administration of Kuhuang Injection,and observation group(66 cases)for two-month administration of both Yinze Wengan Prescription and Kuhuang Injection.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,ALP,GGT,ALT,serum fibrosis indices(PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN,HA),ALB,TBA,PA and serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6)were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM symptom score,ALP,GGT,ALT,serum fibrosis indices,TBA and serum inflammatory factors(P<0.05),and increased ALB and PA(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with cholestatic liver disease due to Cold-Dampness Encumbering the Spleen,Yinze Wengan Prescription combined with Kuhuang Injection can enhance liver functions,alleviate liver fibrosis and improve ALB,TBA,PA levels and inflammatory reactions.
