摘  要:宁波中兴大桥在设计过程中开展了“矮塔斜拉桥V形塔设计建造关键技术”研究,突破诸多技术上的“盲区”。介绍中兴大桥开展的主塔结构选型与设计构造、V形塔合理倾角研究、塔梁合理连接形式研究、塔梁固结处屈曲稳定分析等研究情况,指明V形主塔精细化与合理化的设计方向。研究表明:改变索塔倾角将使结构内力在全桥中重新分配,增大索塔倾角使斜拉索水平倾角随之增大;拉索活载应力幅与主塔倾角无关;塔梁固结体系与塔梁分离体系在恒载或活载作用下的受力状态相差不大,而塔梁固结体系在温度作用下的性能更优;不同厚度墩顶支点横隔板在成桥恒载作用或恒载与活载组合作用下,前4阶失稳模态均为墩顶支点横隔板面外失稳,可通过优化支点横隔板的加劲提高屈曲系数。In the design process of Ningbo Zhongxing Bridge,the research on key technologies for the design and construction of V-shaped tower of low tower cable-stayed bridge has been carried out,breaking through many technical blind areas.It introduces the main tower structure selection and design structure,the reasonable inclination of V-shaped tower,the reasonable connection form of tower beam and the buckling stability analysis of tower beam consolidation carried out by Zhongxing Bridge,and points out the design direction of refinement and rationalization of V-shaped main tower.The research shows that:changing the inclination angle of the tower will redistribute the internal force of the structure in the whole bridge,and increasing the inclination of the tower will increase the horizontal inclination of the stay cable;the live load stress amplitude of the cable has nothing to do with the inclination of the main tower;the stress state of the tower-beam consolidation system and the tower-beam separation system is not much different under the action of dead load or live load,while the performance of the tower-beam consolidation system is better under the action of temperature;under the action or the combined action of dead load and live load,the first four buckling modes are all out-of-plane instability of the pier top fulcrum diaphragm,and the buckling coefficient can be improved by optimizing the reinforcement of the fulcrum diaphragm.
