摘　　要：广州轨道交通L10由多家不同体制参建单位、多工种、多专业配合施工,且施工环境和地质条件相对复杂,给总承包带来管理难题。介绍L10的施工总承包管理方法,探讨轨道交通施工时针对多家不同体制参建单位的总承包模式,提出质量、安全、进度为目标的标准化成本控制的“TDEI”协调管理机制,建设了专线的视频监控系统,即时性解决现场发生的问题。运用模糊综合评价法对有效性进行评价。评价结果表明,采用协调管理机制有效性等级为“较优”,可为类似轨道交通建设工程管理提供指导。Guangzhou rail transit L10 is constructed with the cooperation of multiple units with different systems,multiple types of work and disciplines,and the construction environment and geological conditions are relatively complex,which brings management problems to the general contractor.It introduces the construction general contracting management method of L10,discusses the general contracting mode of multiple participating units with different systems during rail transit construction,puts forward the TDEI coordination management mechanism of standardized cost control with quality,safety and progress as the goal,and constructs the video monitoring system of special line to solve the problems on site in real time.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effectiveness.The evaluation results show that the effectiveness level of the coordination management mechanism is better,which can provide guidance for the management of similar rail transit construction projects.
