超深地下连续墙分段吊装技术在上海软土地区工程中的应用

摘　　要：上海某污水厂改造工程新建基坑采用51 m超深地下连续墙,面临施工场地既有浓缩池及下部桩基需拆除,钢筋笼分段起吊施工主筋对接成功率低、钢筋笼下槽时间增长,槽壁存在较大坍塌风险。施工期间,针对浓缩池及下部桩基拆除后采用分层回填、压实的措施,根据起重吊装要求进行重载便道设计;51 m超深地连墙分为上、下2段,进行分段吊装,采取接头限位、泥浆质量控制等措施。44幅连续墙施工完成、处理后的重载便道满足起重吊装要求,上、下2段钢筋笼对接成功率95%以上,并且钢筋笼入槽总耗时缩短,有利于地连墙的槽壁稳定,采用措施取得较好的应用效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The newly built foundation pit of a sewage treatment plant renovation project in Shanghai uses a 51 m ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall.The existing concentration tank and the lower pile foundation at the construction site need to be demolished.The success rate of the main reinforcement connection is low and the time for the lower groove of the reinforcement cage increases the groove wall has a greater risk of collapse.During the construction period,the measures of layered backfilling and compaction shall be adopted after the removal of the concentration tank and the lower pile foundation,and the heavy haul access road shall be designed according to the lifting requirements;The 51 m ultra-deep diaphragm wall is divided into upper and lower sections,which are hoisted in sections,and measures such as joint limit and mud quality control are taken.The heavy haul access road after the construction and treatment of 44 continuous walls meets the lifting and hoisting requirements,the success rate of the upper and lower reinforcement cages is more than 95%,and the total time for the reinforcement cages to enter the slot is shortened,which is conducive to the stability of the slot wall of the diaphragm wall.The measures adopted have achieved good application results,which can provide reference for similar projects.
