广州市中心城区通沟污泥处理现状及处理工艺探讨

摘　　要：目前广州市中心城区没有通沟污泥处理设施,但中心城区排水管网总长度约12390 km,年产通沟污泥量约12.39万m^(3),排水管网清输的污泥均送至指定的场地填埋,占用大量土地资源。通过对广州市中心城区通沟污泥泥质分析,污泥主要成分为无机质,含量约88%,其中0.1~3.0 mm的细砂占比约50%。通沟污泥综合处理工艺将污泥中的细砂筛分作为建筑材料资源化利用,以适合广州城市发展。At present,there is no sewage sludge treatment facility in the central urban area of Guangzhou,but the total length of the drainage pipe network in the central urban area is about 12390 km,and the annual output of sewage sludge is about 123900 m^(3).The sludge cleared and transported by the drainage pipe network is sent to the designated site for landfill,occupying a lot of land resources.Through the analysis of the sludge quality of sewage sludge in the central urban area of Guangzhou,the sludge is mainly composed of inorganic matter,with a content of about 88%,of which the fine sand of 0.1~3.0 mm accounts for about 50%.Through sewage sludge comprehensive treatment process screens the fine sand in the sludge as building materials for resource utilization,so as to be suitable for the urban development of Guangzhou.
