摘 要:流胶病是常见的杏树病害,发病严重时会制约杏果业的健康发展。为此,对“吊干杏”产区的17个果园的85个样地的流胶病发病因子及发病情况进行了调查统计,结果发现:果园流胶病的平均发病率为78.24%,最高100%,最低44.00%;平均病情指数45.56%,病情指数最高84.00%,最低15.75%;发病等级1级最多,占73%。对不同发病因子进行单因素方差分析表明,树龄、种植密度和灌水量与流胶病的发病率有显著相关性。相关性分析表明,病情指数与土质的相关系数为0.49;发病率与树龄的相关系数为0.41。“吊干杏”产区的调查分析结果表明:年灌水量为350 t/亩,株行距为5 m×4 m,土质为沙土的果园发病率较低。通过对多个因子分析,提出了相应的技术措施,为当地杏树流胶病的科学防治提供参考。Gummosis of apricot is a common disease,and it will restrict the healthy development of fruit industry.The incidence factors and incidence of gummosis were investigated and analyzed in 85 samples of 17 orchards in the production area.It is found that the average incidence of gum disease was 78.24%;the highest was 100%,and the lowest was 44.00%;the average disease index was 45.56%,with the highest of 84.00%and the lowest of 15.75%;the highest incidence was grade 1,accounting for 73%.One-way analysis of variance for different pathogenic factors showed that tree age,planting density and irrigation amount were significantly correlated with the incidence of gummosis.Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between disease index and soil quality was 0.49;the correlation coefficient between disease rate and tree age was 0.41.The results of the investigation and analysis of the production area of'Dangganxing'showed that the annual irrigation amount was 350t/mu;the plant-row spacing was 5m*4m,and the orchard with sandy soil had a lower incidence of disease.Through the analysis of multiple factors,it provides theoretical basis for scientific prevention and control of gummosis of apricot.
