摘  要:以华凯5号为材料,采用多种方法进行超干燥处理,并对超干过程中的含水率和发芽特性变化进行分析测定。以筛选适合玉米等大粒种子的超干燥方法,为生产提供理论依据。设定不同烘干温度和时间,与对照进行了比较;使用干燥箱和恒温培养箱进行发芽处理,测定了种子的发芽势和发芽率以及幼苗长势,探讨了不同烘干温度和烘干时间对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:未经烘干的种子发芽率最高,经过烘干的玉米种子中40℃24 h发芽率较高、长势较好。In the experiment,Huakai No.5 was treated by ultra-drying with different methods,and the changes of moisture content and germination characteristics were analyzed and determined.The purpose of this study is to screen the suitable ultra-drying methods suitable for large seeds such as corn,so as to provide the theoretical basis for production.Different drying temperatures and times were set and compared with the control.The seed germination energy,germination rate and seedling growth were measured in drying box and constant temperature incubator,and the effects of different drying temperature and drying time on seed germination was discussed.The results showed that the germination rate of undried seeds was the highest,and the germination rate of corn seeds well dried at 40℃for 24 hours was higher and the growth is better.
