对完善行政事业单位国有资产评估管理体系的思考

摘　　要：资产评估是行政事业单位国有资产管理的关键一环。但由于在相应制度建设、流程梳理、资产评估方法更新和人员队伍建设等方面的原因,导致行政事业单位国有资产管理在资产评估环节存在一些问题。本文结合《行政事业性国有资产管理条例》出台,在评估制度体系、管理程序和报告质量提升三个维度提出完善行政事业单位国有资产评估管理体系建议。Assets valuation is a key part of state-owned assets management in administrative institution.However,due to the corresponding system construction,process sorting,asset evaluation method updating and personnel team building,there are some problems in the asset evaluation link of state-owned assets management in administrative institutions.Combining with the promulgations of the“Regulation on the Administration of Administrative and Institutional State-owned Assets”,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the state-owned assets evaluation and management system of administrative institution from the three dimensions of evaluation system,management procedure and report quality improvement.
