摘　　要：气候形势日益严峻,人们亟待采取措施促使温室气体实现“净零排放”,即碳中和。经济发展离不开能源消费,碳排放又与能源消费息息相关。在碳中和背景下,供热企业也顺势积极跟上“降碳”步伐,利用清洁能源作为热源成为主流发展趋势。本文以SWOT分析理论作为基础框架,对燃气供热与燃煤供热的外部机会与威胁、内部优势和劣势进行宏观分析,为供热行业的发展提供参考。With the increasingly severe climate situation,the people urgently needs to take positive measures to promote the realization of"net zero emission"of greenhouse gases,that is,carbon neutrality.Economic development is inseparable from energy consumption,and carbon emission is closely related to energy consumption.As a thermal energy production enterprise,heating units are highly dependent on energy.Under the background of carbon neutrality,heating enterprises also actively keep up with the pace of"carbon reduction",and using clean energy as heat source has become the mainstream development trend.From the perspective of enterprise management and taking SWOT analysis theory as the basic framework,this paper will make a macro analysis on the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages of gas heating vs coal heating,so as to provide reference for the development of heating industry.
