摘　　要：科技统计作为科技管理部门实行科学决策、加强宏观管理的基础性工作,不仅为科技决策的制定提供数据支撑,而且也参与宏观管理的研究。为充分发挥统计数据应有的功能和价值,论文结合实际工作,简要分析科技统计工作中存在的一些共性问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,旨在改进科技统计工作,更好地满足新时期科技管理的需求。Science and technology statistics,as the foundational work for science and technology management departments to implement scientific decision-making and enhance macro-management,not only provide data support for making scientific and technological decisions,but also participate in macro-management research.In order to fully exploit the function and value of statistical data,this paper briefly analyzes some common issues existing in science and technology statistics work combined with practical experience,and proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions,with the goal of improving science and technology statistics work and better meeting the needs of science and technology management in the new era.
