摘  要:针对某型号船用柴油机调速器驱动需求,提出一种爪极式有限转角力矩电机作为位置直流伺服电机并进行性能优化。建立了电机等效磁路模型,推导出模型中各部分磁阻以及磁路不饱和状态下电磁转矩解析式,采用有限元仿真软件对电机尺寸参数进行设计;为改善反电动势波形和降低电机工作转矩波动,建立了电机磁阻转矩数学模型,研究了永磁体极弧系数、定子爪极宽度、气隙长度以及永磁体厚度等结构参数对电机反电动势波形畸变率和转矩性能的影响,并运用遗传算法对磁阻转矩进行了多目标优化。优化结果表明:当永磁体极弧系数取0.84,爪极宽度为25.8 mm,永磁体厚度设计为3.88 mm,气隙长度取3.8 mm时,电机磁阻转矩值最小,优化后电机的反电动势波形畸变率从初始设计时的31.56%降低到23.56%。According to the driving requirements of a marine diesel engine governor,a claw pole finite angle torque motor was proposed as a position DC servo motor,and its performance was optimized.The equivalent magnetic circuit model of the motor was established,the analytical expressions of the reluctance and the electromagnetic torque under the unsaturated magnetic circuit state in the model were derived,and the size parameters of the motor were designed by using the finite element simulation software;In order to improve the back EMF waveform and reduce the fluctuation of motor working torque,the mathematical model of motor reluctance torque was established.The effects of structural parameters such as permanent magnet pole were coefficient,stator claw pole width,air gap length and permanent magnet thickness on the distortion rate of motor back EMF waveform and torque performance were studied,and the multi-objective optimization of reluctance torque was carried out by using genetic algorithm.The optimization results show that when the pole were coefficient of the permanent magnet was 0.84,the width of the claw pole was 25.8 mm,the thickness of the permanent magnet was designed to be 3.88 mm,and the air gap length was 3.8 mm,the reluctance torque value of the motor was the smallest.After optimization,the distortion rate of the back EMF waveform of the motor is reduced from 31.56%in the initial design to 23.56%.
