摘 要:针对大功率机车驱动系统目前存在的技术问题及未来的发展趋势,提出了永磁直驱牵引电机的动力模式。根据总体技术要求,从大功率机车直驱牵引电机的设计难点、关键技术等方面进行了重点研究,研制了2台大功率机车水冷永磁直驱牵引电机,并进行了试验。试验结果表明,该电机满足大功率机车驱动系统的要求,验证了设计的可行性,为永磁直驱技术在大功率机车的应用提供了参考意见。Aiming at the existing technical problems and future development trend of high-power locomotive drive system,the power mode of permanent magnet direct drive traction motor was proposed.According to the overall technical requirements,the design difficulties and key technologies of high-power locomotive direct drive traction motor,were researched two water-cooled permanent magnet direct drive traction motors were developed for high-power locomotive,and tests were carried out.The test results show that the motor meets the requirements of high-power locomotive drive system and verifies the feasibility of the design.It provides a reference for the application of permanent magnet direct drive technology in high-power locomotive.
