摘　　要：【目的/意义】随着经济全球化发展,中国农产品对外贸易规模不断扩大,但贸易壁垒的日益严苛使得中国农产品出口仍面临诸多挑战和制约。分析农业技术创新对农产品出口的影响,以期助力政府制定相关政策,从而推动农业技术创新、促进农产品出口。【方法/过程】基于2002—2017年中国30个省份的面板数据,建立固定效应模型就中国农业技术创新对农产品出口的影响进行实证检验。【结论/结果】结果显示:农业研发人员投入与农业研发经费投入的增加对农产品出口均有显著的正向影响;此外,基础设施建设、农业机械投入促进了农产品出口,农作物受灾比例上升抑制了农产品出口。据此提出,应重视农业科研人员的培养与素质提升,保障农业科研经费的投入与有效利用,吸引并引导外资投入农业技术创新领域,强化基础设施建设以提高贸易效率,推进机械化智能化在农业生产中的应用与普及,加强农业灾害防控并做好灾后补助以及加强农产品质量监管逆向推动农业技术创新的政策建议。【Objective/Meaning】With the development of economic globalization,the scale of foreign trade of Chinese agricultural products has been expanding,but the increasingly strict trade barriers made the export of Chinese agricultural products still face many challenges and constraints.The analysis of the impact of agricultural technological innovation on the export of agricultural products would help the government to formulate relevant policies,so as to promote the agricultural technological innovation and the export of agricultural products.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2002 to 2017,the fixed effect model was established to empirically test the impact of agricultural technological innovation on the export of agricultural products in China.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the increase of agricultural R&D personnel investment and agricultural R&D investment had significant positive impact on the export of agricultural products.In addition,the infrastructure construction and the investment in agricultural machinery promoted the export of agricultural products,while the increase in the proportion of crops affected by disasters inhibited the export of agricultural products.Therefore,the following countermeasures were put forward,including paying attention to the cultivation of agricultural researchers and their quality improvement,ensuring the investment and effective use of agricultural scientific research funds,attracting&guiding the foreign investment in the field of agricultural technological innovation,strengthening the infrastructure construction to improve the trade efficiency,promoting the application and popularization of mechanization and automatization in the agricultural production,strengthening the prevention and control of agricultural disasters and the post-disaster subsidies,and strengthening the quality supervision of agricultural products to promote the agricultural technological innovation,etc.
