摘 要:为了探究使用二硫化碳(carbon disulfide,CS_(2))治理磷化氢抗性仓储害虫的可行性,本研究测定了4种赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum)品系的磷化氢抗性水平,二硫化碳对4种不同磷化氢抗性品系赤拟谷盗的毒力,亚致死浓度,二硫化碳熏蒸对赤拟谷盗呼吸以及对乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、细胞色素P450单氧酶(P450s)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)3种解毒酶活性的影响.结果表明,澳大利亚(AU)、齐河(QH)、淄博(ZB)和深圳(SZ)4个品系对磷化氢抗性水平分别为低抗、中抗、极高抗、极高抗,而对二硫化碳的毒性较为接近;二硫化碳熏蒸后呼吸强度显著增强,AChE,CarE两种酶的活性明显增强,P450s活性变化与磷化氢抗性水平有关.综上,磷化氢和二硫化碳之间没有明显的交互抗性,二硫化碳熏蒸之后试虫代谢加快,AChE,CarE,P450s等3种酶能够参与赤拟谷盗二硫化碳的代谢解毒机制.In order to determine the possibility of using carbon disulfide(CS_(2))to control phosphine-resistant storage pests,the toxicity of CS_(2) on the adult of four different Phosphine-resistant strains of Tribolium castaneum were studied.The effects of sublethal concentration of CS_(2) fumigation on the respiration rates and the activities of Ache,P450s and CarE detoxification enzymes of T.castaneum were investigated.The results showed that the resistance levels of four strains of Australia(AU),Qihe(QH),Zibo(ZB)and Shenzhen(SZ)to PH_(3) were low resistant,medium resistant,extremely high resistant and extremely high resistant,respectively,while the toxicity of CS_(2) to four strains of AU,QH,ZB and SZ was similar.After sublethal concentration(CS_(2))treatment,the respiration rates significantly increased.The activities of Ache and CarE in the treatment group were higher than that in control group and the changes of P450s activity were related to the level of phosphine resistance.In conclusion,there was no cross-resistance between PH_(3) and CS_(2).After CS_(2) fumigation,the metabolism of the test insects was accelerated.Ache,CarE and P450s would participate in the metabolism and detoxification of CS_(2) in T.castaneum.
