摘 要:本文使用数据驱动的方法,在将一台670 MW机组特定历史数据以负荷、气温(送风机入口风温)划分二维区间的基础上,进一步根据锅炉效率较高和NO_(x)排放较低的相对优化的气温区间的运行特性构造了三种锅炉燃烧优化控制规律M_(1),M_(2)和M_(3)。其中,将能耗低的气温区间的优化控制规律按不同权重组合为两种优化模型M_(2)和M_(3)。然后对被控参数的DCS组态逻辑进行改造,使控制系统的优化信号与DCS原指令共同参与锅炉燃烧闭环控制。最后,使用不同优化模型在锅炉上实施了现场试验。对比试验结果显示,优化控制规律M_(1)的锅炉燃烧效率明显提升,NO_(x)排放明显下降。所以气温变化对电站燃煤锅炉效率和NO_(x)排放有明显的影响。Using the data-driven method,this paper divides the historical data of a 670 MW unit into two-dimensional intervals based on load and air temperature(inlet air temperature of forced draft fan),According to the operating characteristics of the relatively optimized temperature range with higher boiler efficiency and lower NO_(x) emission,three combustion optimization control laws M_(1),M_(2) and M_(3) are constructed.Among them,the optimal control law of the temperature range with low energy consumption is combined into two optimization models M_(2) and M_(3) according to different weights.Then the DCS configuration logic of the controlled parameters is modified,so that the optimized signal of the control system and the original DCS command participate in the closed-loop control of boiler combustion.Finally,field tests were carried out on the boiler using different optimization models.The comparative test results show that the boiler combustion efficiency of the optimized control law M_(1) is significantly improved,and the NO_(x) emission is significantly decreased.Therefore,the temperature changes have a significant impact on the efficiency of coal-fired boilers and NO_(x) emissions.
