摘  要:针对目前城市扬尘污染治理存在监控不足、取证困难、监管成本高等问题,设计完成了基于多种先进技术相结合的城市扬尘在线监测系统,主要包括监测终端和监测平台两部分。根据扬尘监测的需求,实现了监测终端设计与设备选择,并利用4G通信网络将监测终端采集的TSP、PM10、PM2.5、温湿度、风速风向、位置以及视频监测数据实时发送至基于B/S模式设计的监测平台,该平台实现了扬尘污染的实时监测、分析、查询、管理等多种功能。实际应用表明该系统实现了城市扬尘分布连续在线监测,有助于推进城市扬尘污染防控政策的落实。Aiming at the problems of insufficient monitoring,difficulty in obtaining evidence and high supervision cost,an online monitoring system for urban dust pollution based on a variety of advanced technologies is designed and developed,including distributed monitoring sensors and a central monitoring platform.According to the demand of dust monitoring,the dust sensor for TSP,PM10,PM2.5 and related monitoring devices of temperature and humidity,wind speed and direction,location and video are designed and selected,and the 4G communication network is used to transfer the monitoring data to the monitoring platform based on B/S mode design in real time.The real-time monitoring,analysis,inquiry and management of dust pollution can be achieved in the platform.The real application showed that the monitoring system is capable of monitoring the dust in urban city and provides the data for the implementation of urban dust pollution prevention and control policies.
