摘 要:为研究有无槽道泡沫铜对流动换热特性的影响,本文选用孔隙率为70%、80%、87%,孔密度45PPI、110 PPI的泡沫铜,通过实验的方法对流动过程中流体流动的不稳定性进行研究。研究表明:在低热流密度区,有槽泡沫铜沸腾换热性能逊于无槽泡沫铜;随热流密度的升高,有槽泡沫铜普遍优于无槽;对于六槽道泡沫铜而言,87%、45PPI的泡沫铜,换热性能最佳,沸腾换热系数HTC在中高热流密度时达41.8 kW/(m^(2)·K),临界热流密度CHF至105 W/cm^(2)。泡沫铜开槽可使其平均压降降低,但在高热流密度下,槽道数目影响不大。从热阻和泵功率图的综合评价看,45PPI泡沫铜开槽对热阻的降低效果并不明显;而110PPI泡沫铜开设槽道,会显著降低热阻,达到较好的沸腾换热强化效果。In order to study the influence of copper foam with or without channel on the flow and heat transfer characteristics,copper foam with porosity of 70%,80%,87%and pore density of 45PPI,110 PPI was selected in this paper.The instability of fluid flow in the flow process was studied by experimental method.The results show that in the low heat flux region,the boiling heat transfer performance of copper foam with groove is lower than that of copper foam without groove.With the increase of heat flux,copper foam with groove is generally better than that without groove.The results show that in the low heat flux region,the boiling heat transfer performance of copper foam with groove is inferior to that of copper foam without groove.With the increase of heat flux,copper foam with groovesare generally better than those.For six-channel foam copper,87%and 45 PPI foam copper has the best heat transfer performance.The boiling heat transfer coefficient(HTC)reaches 41.8 kW/(m^(2)·K)at medium and high heat flux,and the critical heat flux(CHF)reaches 105 W/cm^(2).Slotted copper foam can reduce the average pressure drop,but the number of grooves has little effect at high heat flux.From the comprehensive evaluation of thermal resistance and pump power diagram,the reduction effect of 45PPI copper foam groove on thermal resistance is not obvious.The thermal resistance of 110PPI foam copper is significantly reduced by opening the channel,and the boiling heat transfer enhancement effect is better.
