摘  要:冲击式水轮机的飞逸特性对于机组的安全运行具有重要的意义,针对某六喷嘴模型冲击式水轮机进行了其飞逸特性的试验研究,分析了飞逸特性与喷嘴数量和位置的关系,并分别从理论分析与CFD计算验证上述结论。结果表明相邻射流引起的水膜干涉对冲击式水轮机的飞逸转速具有重要影响,最后,给出了真机飞逸特性的工程性推广意见。The runaway performance of the Pelton hydro-turbine is of great significance to the safe operation of the unit.The runaway characteristics of a six-nozzle model Pelton hydro-turbine is experimentally investigated,and the relationship between the runaway rotation speed and the number and position of the nozzles is analyzed,and the above conclusions are verified from theoretical analysis and CFD calculations.The results show that the water film interference caused by adjacent jets has an important impact on the runaway rotation speed.Finally,the engineering promotion opinions of the runaway performance for the prototype turbine are given.
