摘 要:储能电池辅助二次调频因可以改善火力发电机组的调频特性受到广泛关注,火力发电机组和储能电池的负荷控制模型是储能辅助调频优化控制的基础。首先基于机理建模法,构建了考虑锅炉主蒸汽压力对汽轮机出力影响的火电机组模型,然后建立基于二阶RC等效电路的电池模型,并使用限定记忆最小二乘法完成参数辨识。在此基础上,建立了储能电池辅助火力发电机组二次调频耦合模型,以二次调频指令作为输入,进行了阶跃仿真和正弦仿真验证。仿真结果表明:储能电池电压误差仅为0.0524%,模型精确度较高,并可更快速精准地跟踪小幅度高频负荷信号,弥补火电机组的调频缺陷。Secondary frequency modulation assisted with energy storage batteries is capable of improving the frequency modulation characteristics of thermal power generating units and so has attracted significant attention.The load control models of thermal power units and energy storage batteries are the basis of the optimal frequency modulation controlling model assisted with energy storage.In this paper,Firstly,considering the influence of the boiler on turbine input,a thermal power unit is modeled based on the mechanism modeling method.Secondly,a battery model based on the second-order RC equivalent circuit is established and its parameters are identified through use of the least square method with restricted memory.Then,the model of the thermal power unit is coupled with an energy storage battery to establish the secondary frequency modulation.The step and sine simulations are carried out to test the coupling model.Results showed that the voltage error of the energy storage battery is only 0.0524%.The coupling model has high precision and can track low amplitude and high-frequency load signals more quickly and accurately to compensate for the frequency modulation defects of thermal power units.
