摘 要:压电分流阻尼技术因其结构简单、易操作等特点,被广泛应用于薄板结构的振动控制。压电片与薄板通过黏贴层相连,在薄板减振过程中,除了压电片与其外接分流阻尼电路的主要减振作用以外,黏贴层也会对减振效果产生影响。为研究黏贴层对压电薄板的影响,论文利用COMSOL建立了压电片-黏贴层-薄板的有限元模型,研究黏贴层以及黏贴层厚度对矩形压电薄板振动特性的影响。将黏贴层与不同材料的薄板和不同厚度的压电片分别相连,通过仿真分析可知,对于铝制薄板,在0~300Hz之间,黏贴层对结构振幅有较大影响,在较低频段(小于50Hz),不含黏贴层的振幅为含黏贴层的结构的2倍~3倍。此外,黏贴层也影响结构频率,结构固有频率随黏贴层厚度增加而增加。Piezoelectric shunt damping technology is widely used in the vibration control of thin plate structure due to its simple structure and easy operation.The piezoelectric plate and the thin plate are connected by an adhesive layer.During the vibration reduction of the thin plate,in addition to the main vibration reduction effect of the piezoelectric plate and its external shunt damper circuit,the adhesive layer will also affect the vibration reduction effect.In order to study the effect of the adhesive layer on the piezoelectric thin plate,this article uses COMSOL to establish a finite element model of the piezoelectric sheet-adhesive layer-thin plate,and studies the effect of the adhesive layer and the thickness of the adhesive layer on the vibration characteristics of the rectangular piezoelectric thin plate.The adhesive layer is connected to thin plates of different materials and piezoelectric sheets of different thicknesses respectively.According to simulation analysis,for the aluminum sheet,the adhesive layer has a greater impact on the structural amplitude between 0 and 300 Hz.In the lower frequency band(less than 50Hz),the amplitudes of the structure without adhesive layer is 2~3 times higher than that of the structure with adhesive layer.In addition,the adhesive layer also has influences on the the natural frequency of the overall structure,the natural frequency of the structure increases with the thickness of the adhesive layer.
