摘 要:为研究丝光次数对棉纤维理化性能的影响,在碱质量浓度为220 g/L,车速为35 m/min,以及室温条件下分别对棉织物进行多次丝光处理,探讨了丝光次数与丝光条件对棉织物的吸附性(钡值)、表面色深值、强力、光泽等理化性能的影响。研究结果表明,与未处理样品相比,经不同次数丝光处理后棉织物的吸附性能、染色性能、光泽均有显著提升。与一次丝光相比,经过二次丝光后,棉织物的各主要理化性能中除拉伸断裂性能降低外,其余都有明显提升,丝光更为充分;而经三次丝光处理后,棉织物的各主要理化性能除拉伸性能降低明显外,其他性能改善不明显。In order to explore the effects of multiple mercerization treatments on the physical and chemical prop⁃erties of cotton substrate,cotton fabric samples are repeatedly mercerized for different times in alkaline solu⁃tion with caustic soda concentration of 220 g/L and a controlled fabric speed at 35 m/min at room temperature.The results show that compared with the untreated samples,the adsorption properties,dyeing properties and lustrousness of cotton fabrics after different times of mercerization treatment are significantly improved.Com⁃pared with the single mercerization,the main physical and chemical properties of the cotton fabric sample after double mercerization are also evidently improved except its tensile properties,and the mercerization is more sufficient.After three times of mercerizing treatment,the main physical and chemical properties of cotton fab⁃rics are not significantly improved except the tensile properties.
