摘　　要：从粒径、扩散性、高/低温分散性、离心沉淀率及储存稳定性等方面对液状分散黑WF-2XFR 300%、WF-2XFG 300%的性能进行评估;优化了液状分散黑染色最佳工艺;并对比了其与粉状分散黑XF2300%、WECT 300%在提升性、色力度、残液COD以及染色牢度几方面的差异。结果表明:2只液状分散黑粒径为230~240 nm,各项物理性能优异;较适宜的染色条件为pH 3.5~5.0,染色温度130℃;提升性及色力度与粉状分散黑接近,但液状分散黑染色残液颜色浅、残液COD低;经2只液状分散黑染色的涤氨四面弹织物耐水洗、汗渍、泡水色牢度优异。The basic properties of liquid Disperse Black WF-2XFR 300%and WF-2XFG 300%,such as particle size,diffusivity,high and low temperature dispersibility,centrifugated deposition rate and storage stability are investigated.The optimal dyeing process of liquid Disperse Black is optimized.Compared with powder Dis⁃perse Black XF2300%and WECT 300%,building-up property,strength,COD of residual liquor,and fastness on polyester/spandex woven fabric are analyzed.The results show that the two liquid disperse black dyes present excellent physical properties with particle size of 230~240 nm.The suitable dyeing condition of liquid disperse black is pH 3.5~5.0 under temperature 130℃.The building-up property and strength of liquid disperse black are close to powder disperse black,with clearer and lower COD of residual liquor.The polyester fabrics dyed with the liquid disperse black dyes have good washing,perspiration and soaking fastness.
