摘  要:以(5-氨基-1,3,3-三甲基环己基)-甲氨基丙酸三乙胺盐(AAA)为亲水单体,采用丙酮法合成了羧酸盐型水性聚氨酯(PUD),再将PUD与氮丙啶交联剂等复配,制成织物涂层剂。结果表明:当AAA物质的量大于6 mmol时,可合成100 g稳定的聚氨酯乳液,粒径和黏度均较小。PUD胶膜的吸水率为3.13%~4.64%,耐水性优异,断裂伸长率在1150%左右,且有良好的热性能。织物涂层剂的耐水压在6 kPa左右,同时具备透湿性。Using(5-amino-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexyl)-methylaminopropionic acid triethylamine salt(AAA)as the hydrophilic monomer,the carboxylate type waterborne polyurethane(PUD)is synthesized by acetone meth⁃od,and then compound PUD with aziridine cross-linking agent to prepare fabric coating agent.The results show that when the amount of AAA substance is more than 6 mmol,100 g of stable polyurethane emulsion can be synthesized,and the particle size and viscosity are small.The PUD film has excellent water resistance and water absorption is 3.13%~4.64%.And the elongation at break of the PUD film is about 1150%.It also has good thermal performance.The water pressure resistance of the fabric coating agent is about 6 kPa,and it has moisture permeability at the same time.
