摘　　要：针对某公司催化剂生产装置原有的PLC控制系统存在的自动化程度和自控系统运行稳定性有待提高、扩展功能受限、维护成本高等问题。分析了PLC系统的应用情况和系统维护及售后技术支持能力,提出将PLC系统改造成DCS控制系统,并介绍了改造方案。改造完成后,DCS系统运行稳定,装置生产过程自动化程度明显改善,运行稳定性也得到了提升。In view of low automation degree and the stability,limited extended function and high maintenance cost of the original PLC control system of the catalyst production unit,the application of PLC system,maintenance and after-sale technical support capability are analyzed.System transformation from PLC system to DCS control system is proposed,and the transformation scheme is introduced.After transformation,the DCS system runs stable,and the automation degree of the unit production process is significantly improved,with a higher operation stability as well.
