摘 要:副产盐酸的利用即可释放生产装置的产能,又可提高环境效益。以副产盐酸生产氯化钙和饲料磷酸氢钙2个项目为例,进行了技术经济分析,认为:中东北非地区氯化钙项目效益好,饲钙联产氯化钙项目利润总额更高,产品种类多,抗风险能力更强;柴油价格是影响这两个项目可行性和效益的关键因素;国内企业如有余热代替柴油供应生产所需48.7%以上热量,这两个项目都能盈利。The utilization of byproduct hydrochloric acid can release the production capacity of the process unit and improve the environmental benefits.Taking two projects of calcium chloride and feed calcium hydrogen phosphate produced by byproduct hydrochloric acid as examples,the technical and economic analysis is carried out.It is concluded that the calcium chloride projects in Middle East and North Africa have good benefits,while calcium chloride and feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate co-production has higher total profit,with a variety of products and stronger risk resistance capability.The price of diesel oil is the key factor affecting the feasibility and benefit of these two projects.Both projects will be profitable if domestic companies can replace more than 48.7%of diesel fuel heat by waste heat.
