摘  要:单水氢氧化锂装置比较大的能耗是蒸汽的消耗,随着市场需要的增加和装置产能的增大,传统两效蒸发器因能耗过大不利于降低生产成本而被高效节能的MVR蒸发器取代。介绍了MVR蒸发工艺设计、设备选型及系统评价,并从某厂MVR蒸发器的实际运行中存在的问题,分析原因,提出建议和措施。Steam consumption is a relatively large energy consumption for lithium hydroxide monohydrate unit.With the increase of market demand and production capacity,due to excessive energy consumption which is against production cost reduction,the conventional two-effect evaporator is replaced by MVR evaporator.The process design,equipment selection and system evaluation of MVR evaporator are introduced.In view of actual operating problems of MVR evaporator in a plant,the causes are analyzed,while suggestions and measures are put forward.
